provide world-class hospitality training
Multi-million
pound plans to transform Wivenhoe House Hotel in Colchester into a boutique
hotel combined with a world class training facility for the future leaders
of the hospitality industry are being progressed by the University of Essex.

Wivenhoe House Hotel will remain fully open
for business throughout 2009. However, we are unable to take bookings for
weddings from January 2010 until early 2011.
If you have an enquiry for spring and summer 2011 or following years, please
send us your details. We will contact you in due course with information
regarding the new facilities at Wivenhoe House.
